- Reservation fee is used as cash credit which includes VAT and service charge, if the guests exceed        the limit of the table at the venue, each guest will be charged entrance fee.
- The entrance fee will not deduct from the reservation fee and are mutually exclusive.

- The cash credit must be used within that date, no refund and will not be transferred to later date.
- We don't have refund policy, however, we allowed 1 time reschedule.
- In case of emergency, reservation can be rescheduled to a later date,

   the guest must notify us 24 Hours before the reservation date.
- The reservation is a confirmation that de guest will be seated, however, we have a first come first         served policy, where the table will be given priority for selection to those who show up

   at the venue first.
